Project Discovery and Collection Strategy
We begin by understanding your project: the collection concept, target community, release format, and economic model. Edition size, mint price, reveal strategy, royalty structure, and secondary market positioning are all defined before any technical work begins. A collection with a clear strategy sells out. One without a strategy sells poorly regardless of the artwork.
Outcome: A collection strategy document covering edition size, mint mechanics, pricing, reveal format, royalty structure, and a timeline from contract deployment to public mint.
Contract Architecture and Standard Selection
We select the right contract standard for your collection: ERC-721 for 1-of-1 and limited editions, ERC-1155 for gaming items and semi-fungible assets. Upgradeable proxy patterns are recommended for collections with planned feature expansions. Royalty configuration, access control roles, and on-chain metadata strategy are all defined at this stage.
Outcome: A contract architecture document with selected standard, royalty configuration, access roles, metadata strategy, and upgrade plan where applicable.
Artwork Preparation and Metadata Generation
For generative collections, we build the trait layer system, rarity weighting, and metadata generation pipeline that produces each token's attributes. Metadata is formatted to the OpenSea and general marketplace standard, hosted on IPFS or Arweave for permanent decentralized storage, and validated against your contract's token URI implementation before any minting begins.
Outcome: A fully generated metadata set with trait rarity distribution, IPFS or Arweave hosted assets, and metadata validation confirmed against the deployed contract.
Smart Contract Development and Audit
We build the NFT contract to the agreed specification: minting functions, allowlist enforcement, batch minting, reveal logic, royalty settings, and any custom mechanics your collection requires. The contract goes through our security audit process before deployment. Every function is tested against expected behavior and edge cases before the contract touches mainnet.
