We're looking for a Business Development Executive who is proactive, commercially driven, and passionate about identifying new business opportunities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, Upwork, and other prospecting platforms.
- Research target markets and identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Support business presentations and client discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Contribute to achieving business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with international clients.
- Experience using multiple lead generation channels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable attending client meetings and taking ownership of business conversations.
- Eager to grow into a client-facing role and contribute to revenue generation.
