Given the technical domain that Renesis operates in, it must be taken into consideration that certain minor delays in production may arise from time to time. We use multiple precautionary methods when evaluating the project in the ‘Client Discovery’ stage to mitigate future development delays that may arise out of confusion. For the client to maintain liaison between themself and the technical team, Renesis provides a project manager to break down the technical details of the work being done for the layman person.
That is not to say that unfortunate events never take place and for that Renesis has a simple refund policy:
- Either party, Renesis Tech (Renesis) or the client may cancel the contract giving a 30-day notice period.
- If your team's performance has been completely inadequate in terms of development, we will offer you a complete refund.
- For quality assurance purposes, we record all demos that can be used as proof to substantiate an argument regarding any dispute (related to the work produced) that may arise between Renesis and the client.
Please note: We can only take the above-mentioned measures if we are notified of the concerns as early as possible (within the first 2 months of the contract). In the event that our team has worked for you for a considerable amount of time and we have received no formal correspondence of dissatisfaction - Renesis cannot be held liable and will not be able to provide any refund.
